Hello, I’m Krystal – a passionate yoga teacher, wellness enthusiast, and lifelong learner. My journey with yoga began over a decade ago, and it’s been a transformative path that’s shaped who I am today—body, mind, and soul.
Yoga is not just a practice for me; it’s a way of life. I believe that through mindful movement, we can unlock our true potential, heal, and connect deeply with ourselves. Whether it’s through dynamic vinyasa flows, calming yin sessions, or playful handstand drills, I’m here to help you discover strength, flexibility, and peace both on and off the mat.
I am a 200-hour YTT certified teacher with additional 50-hour Yin Yoga training, and I’m committed to helping students of all levels grow in their practice. My classes focus on making yoga fun, accessible, and transformative, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned practitioner.
When I’m not teaching yoga or designing creative flows, you’ll find me diving into wellness books, practicing self-care, or spending time with my family and community. I’m a firm believer in the power of balance—between challenge and ease, strength and flexibility, work and rest.
